Solution 1 : Ensure the USB cable is plugged into your PC and the “PROG” end is properly oriented on the Blank (arrow should point up towards LEDs). If everything is connected properly, unplug any unnecessary USB devices, restart your PC, and try again. If troubles persist, try a different Blank or contact us for assistance. For model B1 blanks, ensure you have the Programming Jumper installed, then press the RESET button.
Solution 2 : Press the reset button on the chip.
